Addressing the "Get a Job" Debate

I see countless numbers of people who have absolutely no idea what is going on in the world today and make no effort whatsoever to see beyond their little bubble.  As a result, they sit behind their computers coming up with creative insults and threats to throw at the OWS protesters and anyone who supports them.  But the one that irritates me the most is the ones that say "Just get a Job!"  Anyone who says this is really saying that they are completely clueless about the current state of affairs in this country.

First of all, not everyone that is part of or support the OWS is unemployed.  For example, I have a job as a computer programmer.  However, it took me over 2 years to find the job I have now.  So I greatly sympathize with the ones that are unemployed because I know exactly what they are going through right now.

For over 2 years I struggled as a single father to get a job.  I applied for every possible job that I could get and yes I even applied at McDonalds. Most of them did not even call me back in for an interview and the ones that did explained why I wasn't getting called back in from the other places.  I heard over and over again how I was "over qualified" for the position.  You see all of these minimum wage paying jobs are not willing to hire someone who is qualified to get a better paying job because they know if these people can ever locate a position that they are qualified for they are going to take it.

So as a result, for the last several months during the time I was unemployed we had our utilities shut off and the only reason that we were not living on the street is because I have a landlord who was willing to be patient and let me get backed up on the rent until I could find a job.  If I had had anyone else as a landlord then I have no doubt that my daughter and I would have lived out our final days on the street.  Just before I did get the job I have now, even her patience was waring thin and had I not found the job when I did I would have very likely been out on the street with no hope of ever recovering.

For over 2 years I and my daughter lived as virtual prisoners in our own house barely surviving.  And we would be considered two of the lucky ones.

So I find it disgraceful for people who are likely wearing suits that cost more than most people make in a year to throw McDonalds applications out of their high rise office windows down on people as if that was the solution to anything.

Furthermore, the OWS movement is not just about the unemployed. It's about paying American workers less and less while the cost of living goes up and up.  It's about people who are sick and tired of being forced into a life of servitude and not being aloud to do anything but work for table scraps and then have to turn around and give those table scraps to the government!  When you treat people as slaves, don't be surprised when they get angry about it.  And don't think that by simply laughing at them from your Ivory towers they are going to go away.  That's only going to make them more angry!

So if you were lucky enough to be born into a family that is extended a little more privileges then the rest of us peasants, don't pretend that you know what it is like for the people who have no quality of life and are only allowed to exist to provide privileges to those higher on the food chain.

Changes to the Commenting Policy on this Blog

It is with great sadness that I must announce that I have to make a change to the commenting policy for this blog.  When I first started this blog I left the comments open for anyone to comment on blog posts even allowing people to remain anonymous because I wanted this blog to be a place for open discussion on both sides whether someone agreed with my views or not.

And although I could care less when someone issues some childish insult toward me since they are only displaying their own level of intelligence, over the past views days in addition to the many insults I have also been accused of being a terrorist, a homosexual, a pedophile, and had both my life as well as my daughter's life threatened.

As a result this blog will no longer allow anonymous commenting.  To comment on any blog post from this moment further you must be signed in with a google account.

Thank You OWS Protesters

I just want to take this opportunity to show my Gratitude and Appreciation to each and every Occupy Protester where ever you may be.

Even though you are not holding a government issued machine gun or being paid a government salary or receiving government benefits, you have chosen to stand up and fight for our freedoms and put yourselves in harms way.  You risk assault, imprisonment, ridicule, false accusations and more from police, politicians and the media.  And judging from just the posts on this blog you are even risking your very lives against brainwashed nut bags that don't realize that you are fighting for their freedom as well.

It is clear that so many people do not understand what you are facing or what you are trying to do.  I can only have pity for those people and hope that they wake up soon.

I hope that you do not let the uneducated masses distract you from the pure and simple fact that you are true American Heroes fighting for the True America which has been corrupted and beaten down far to long. 

Please re-post this message....I want ALL protesters to know that you ARE Appreciated GREATLY and you ARE making a difference.  History will remember you all for the Heroes that you are!

Military Disgrace!

I have been seeing this picture passed around Facebook left and right lately and read the insults that people post as a result to the Occupy Wallstreet protesters and I think it is disgraceful.

As if it is not bad enough that we have our police here in the states abusing their authority and attacking peaceful protesters.  But we have to receive messages from military soldiers abroad telling these same peaceful protesters to "quit their bitching and get back to work" (while holding machine guns)...SERIOUSLY?!?

I'd like to think that the soldiers in this picture do not represent all of the people in our military, however when I posted a link to this blog in response to this picture being posted on my news feed, I discovered that the person who had posted it is the father of a military soldier. In response, he started an argument with me calling the peaceful protesters a bunch of "Hippies"...referred to me as a "radical" having a "hissie fit".  And then went on to compare me to a Terrorist who straps bombs on themselves and blows themselves and others up just because they don't believe the same as they do.  ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? Oh and also calling me and idiot and implying his desire for "something bad" to happen to me in the future for good messure.

Oh and as he was waving his American flag before wrapping himself up with it to go to bed he had to throw out what I hear far to often by referring to how our soldiers are fighting to protect "Our Freedoms".  Exactly what freedoms are these people referring to?  Take a look around you people.  Open your eyes and look at what is going on. We have no freedoms.  People are getting beaten and jailed by the thousands for trying to exercise the very "freedoms" that you are referring to.  That is proof positive that they don't exist.

And just for the record, I do know that the opinions expressed by the soldiers in this picture and from the guy I referred to above do not represent everyone in the military and praise be for that.  In fact I have already heard from other military people who do support the OWS movement and are disgusted by what our country has turned into.

EDIT:  After posting this blog I went back to facebook to see that the guys military son expressing his desire for me to come to IRAQ so he could use me as target practice.  So much for FREEDOM!

To All of the Anti-Occupy people in the US

It amazes me how very recently people in other countries stood up to protest the corruption in their countries, and everyone in America rallied behind them. The media was flooded with the images and video of the military and police action that was used to try to stop the protesters. Everyone was appalled as those protester's basic human rights were trampled on. Everyone was rooting for the protesters.

But now as that very same thing is beginning to happen right here in the United States, it is being downplayed. Most people don't even know what the Occupy Wall Street movement is about. Our media sources are not showing the illegal actions of the police like they did when the same thing happened oversees. I see posts on the internet everyday from brainwashed peopled who call these protesters "lazy", "violent", "deadbeats"....and the list goes on.

First of all the only people who are being violent are the police who pepper spray unarmed peaceful protesters sitting on the ground. They pepper spray elderly women and pregnant women. They beat people bloody! When this same exact thing happens in another country, everyone get's angry and can clearly see the inhuman injustice that it represents. But when it happens here I see so many people try to blame the protesters (or in this case the victims). They say that those people should not have been there in the first place. SERIOUSLY?!?

I started this blog when I was in the middle of a 2+ year stretch struggling to survive as a single father after having my life turned completely upside down following a car accident that was not my fault. It was this situation that brought the truth right up in my face when I was further victimized by the insurance company and their greed and further victimized by our legal system that let's these companies get away with it. I won't go into detail in this post as I have already posted that information in previous posts. If you want to learn more about it you can read those.

But the bottom line is that this situation caused me to wake up...caused me to look behind the curtain and see the truth...see that we are ALL slaves (also outlined in a previous post). The only difference between the United States and other countries is that the United States spends alot more time and resources to brainwash it's citizens so that they will not see that obvious truth. So that when anyone does wake up to that truth and stands up to fight it, they will have plenty of other slaves stand up to defend their slave masters and beat down the very people who are trying to call for a change for everyone.

The Occupy Wall Street movement is a crystal clear example of everything that I wrote about on this blog 2 years ago! It's about people who are sick and tired of just existing to make a hand full of people in the world rich.

If you are one of the brainwashed people who are calling the Occupy protesters "Lazy" or displaying your ignorance by saying something like.."Just get a job"...then right NOW is the time for you to WAKE UP! If you ignore what is going on around you then someday it just might be you that gets a rude wake up call just like I did. And when you cry out for help, all you are going to hear is people calling YOU "Lazy"..and telling YOU to "Just get a Job". And then you will be forced to learn how it's a little more complicated than that.

So Called Charitable Organizations

Charity is a big deception and this is one that I myself did not want to believe.  However, like many other things I had to learn it the hard way.

I have always been a charitable person at heart.  If fact deep down most people are.  People want to help others.  It gives you a good feeling when you think that you have made a difference in someones life.  But of coarse the government and more importantly the elite world leaders do not want that to happen.  So they not only came up with a system that would prevent people from helping each other but they came up with a system that they could profit from as well.

First of all, charity is a HUGE industry in this country alone not to mention world wide.  All of these so-called "non-profits" are nothing more than for profit businesses that have no intention of ever fulfilling their publicized mission or goals.  Their only true goal is to make money for an  elite few at the top ruling the organizations.

For example do you really think or believe that any of the many organizations collecting donations and raising money to find a cure for cancer actually WANT to find a cure for cancer?  Do you think that if they ever do find a cure for cancer (if they haven't already) that they would do anything with it other than bury it?  Do you really think that the people collecting fat salaries within these organizations would ever let a cure be known to the public which would put an immediate end to their fat salaries?  I'm not talking about the huge slave labor force of people volunteering their time to harvest the money for the organizations like I myself have done in the past.  They have no clue what is going on.

And I can tell you from personal experience that all of the organizations that are suppose to and claim to be helping the poor are all bold faced liars.  They all have systems in place that make is completely impossible for anyone who is in REAL need to get any REAL help whatsoever.  It's just like trying to get a loan from a bank...you can't get any help unless you can prove that you don't need it.   And the reason for this is because the government and the elite world leaders do not want people in poverty to ever get out of poverty.

And to help ensure this the government goes out of their way to deceive people who want to help other people and guide them to donating their money to organizations where that money is never going to get to anyone in need.

For example, lets say that you have $1,000 that you decide you want to donate to a good cause.  You want to help someone that is in need.  Well the government jumps up and says that's Great!  You are a kind and generous person and because of that we are going to reward you for your kind act of compassion by allowing you to deduct that $1,000 from your taxes.  Since you are so kind, we are not going to make you pay taxes on that $1,000.  BUT...we will only do this for you IF you give that $1,000 to one of the organizations on our approved list of registered non-profit organizations.  Furthermore, just to give you an additional warm fuzzy feeling, we are not going to make that "non-profit" organization pay taxes on that $1,000 either because we know it is not going to go to help anyone in real need anyway and we will get our taxes from them when they use the money to pay the salaries of the paid employees and when the executives buy their next mansion, yacht, or private plane with all of the money they collected from people like you.

Now, on the other hand if you foolishly decide to give that $1,000 to that struggling single parent you know so that they and their children don't freeze to death or die of starvation then we are not only going to make you pay taxes on that $1,000 but we are going to chase down that struggling single parent and make them pay taxes on it as well.

And to help ensure that everyone buys into this bullshit, we are going to use the media to convince everyone that giving your money to anyone other than the "Well Known" and "Respected" non-profit organizations is BAD.  We are going to convince you that anyone who "claims" to be in need and asks for help MUST be a scam artist who is just out to steal your money.

And when that struggling single parent and their children die, you will likely never hear about it.  And even if you do, we will again use the media to convince you that it was in some way THEIR fault so that you will just simply say..."ah, that's to bad" and then return to your your place in the system.
